Our company has been a service provider for a market leader in digital identification and data processing through RFID solutions and intelligent sensor technology for 30 years.

The team in Cologne processes customer and warehouse orders, coordinates logistics in close cooperation with international teams and partners in the United States, UK and Europe and ships to wholesalers and customers in almost every country in the world.

We are looking for an employee with fluent German & English to join our team in Cologne.

Your challenge:

Work effectively and strategically as part of a highly qualified bilingual (DE / EN) team.
• Ensure timely product shipments to our warehouse and to customers worldwide.
• Liaise with customers and vendors by telephone and email.
• Represent the company by providing efficient and service-oriented customer support while fostering your company’s long-term, professional relationships with suppliers.
• You will do bookkeeping and track inventory, order product production runs, work with our shipping partners, as well as do light packing tasks.
• Use critical-thinking skills in dealing with daily inventory and logistics management.
• Record all purchases, sales, shipments and inventory transactions in our software tools.
• Prepare annual and monthly financial statements using our software and Excel tools.

Your qualifications:

• Very good German & English (Level C1 required in both languages).
• Your grammar and spelling must be impeccable in English.
• Efficient 10-finger typing, very good competence in email, Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Very detail oriented. You care about typing and entering data correctly.
• Able to learn many complex production and import-export procedures which you will execute independently.
• Pleasant, professional, problem-solving attitude and good phone manners.
• We are looking for a reliable, honest person who will ultimately contribute the expertise learned with us to our team for the long term.
• Car driving license.
